The order number must be indicated in the concept.
· Card/Bizum:
Secure payment via any MasterCard, Visa or Maestro card. To make payments via Bizum, it is essential to have the BIZUM KEY activated.
· Cash on delivery:
There is a commission of ONLY €1 on the total. The order will be paid to the NACEX delivery person upon receipt of the order. Only valid for the Peninsula.

SHIPPING
Shipments to the Peninsula (mainland Spain and mainland Portugal) will be sent by Nacex, insured and within 24 hours . They cost €3.90 . Orders over €20 have FREE shipping.
No shipments or deliveries will be made on Saturdays or holidays:
- Items for which payment is confirmed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next business day.
- Items for which payment is confirmed after 1pm will be shipped the following business day.
- Items shipped on Fridays and holidays will be delivered on Monday or the following business day respectively.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands have a fixed cost of €3.90 and will be sent by Correos Express with a delivery time of approximately 48 hours.
Shipments to the Canary Islands will be made by Correos Express. Delivery time is 3 - 4 days . They cost €9.90 .
SHIPMENTS ARE NOT MADE TO CEUTA OR MELILLA
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, it will be necessary to provide your ID number to attach the invoice to the order. In addition, 21% VAT on the total amount paid will be refunded.
Shipments to other European countries will be sent by insured international transport agency. Delivery time is 4-5 days . They cost €14.90 . Orders over €250 have FREE shipping.
