These general conditions of sale apply to the sale of products by IconLovely.com .

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with IconLovely.com, as from that moment you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

When you place your order, we will send you an email confirming that it has been received correctly. We will also inform you about the shipment of your products. You may, however, modify your order before we proceed with its shipment.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party you have indicated (other than the carrier) receive the purchased items (or from the day you receive the last product, in the case of delivery of an order consisting of multiple items).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement:

You also have the option of completing and electronically sending the withdrawal form template ( Format .ODT - Format .DOC ) or any other unequivocal statement to the following email address: info@iconlovely.com

If you make use of this option, we will inform you without delay and on a durable medium (for example, by email) of receipt of such withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of this right before the aforementioned 14 days have expired.

IconLovely.com will refund you the price of the product and the ordinary shipping costs corresponding to the cheapest shipping option we offer, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the aforementioned communication. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed. In any case, you will not bear any fees that may arise from such a refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you provide us with proof of having made this return.

Please note that you must return the goods in their original condition. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods and will be liable for any decrease in value of the returned goods due to the handling of the goods (except where such handling is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).

Regarding Value Added Tax, as a general rule the tax rate of 21% will be applied for the territory of the European Union, where this tax is applicable.

Due to their special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-EU territories. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from paying 21% VAT .

Our customer service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our items or shipments, through which we try to offer fast and efficient attention to our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days , from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.

You just have to send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including everything that was shipped, with postage paid.

These general conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain on the matter, which shall apply subsidiarily to everything not provided for in them. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Spanish courts and tribunals.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies and terms and conditions, including these Conditions of Sale, at any time. You will be bound by the terms and conditions, policies and Conditions of Sale in force at the time you place your order unless a change is required by law or public authority to be made to those terms and conditions, policies or these Conditions of Sale (in which case such changes may apply to any orders you have previously placed). If any of these conditions are declared invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed to be severed without such declaration affecting the validity and enforceability of any other conditions.
