- If you place your order after 1pm, on a Sunday or holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day.
ICON Lovely products can be returned as long as the product is not broken or damaged and a return request has been made within 24 hours of receiving it. In the event that a return is requested due to dissatisfaction with the product, the return process must be requested within the first 14 calendar days from receipt, requiring that the package be returned with all the products included in the order, with its original packaging, in perfect condition and with postage paid.
